On 9/29/24 my wife and I were on our way from Nashville to Elizabethton TN to deliver supplies to our friends that were victims of the flooding there. We stopped at this restaurant to eat, as we had only had coffee and coke all day. When we got our appetizer and tacos, we could not eat them due to a sour (pickled) taste. We returned our meal and paid our bill(75% comped). We started driving to Elizabethton but had to pull over in Morristown for my wife to find a restroom to be sick. After arriving in Elizabethton, I then became very sick, and it continued the next day. We feel that we had food poisoning from the 2-3 bites of the meal we ordered at this restaurant. We are left wondering if anyone else who ate there on 9/29/24 had similar problems?

The food is great, but I ahve a problem with the way the servers dress. Two looked like Gypsies, one lady had on men's cargo pants and a shirt that looked unclean and her hair was undone. None looked neat and no one was friendly or spoke to us. When the Gypsie brought the food out she didn't smile. The food is excellent and I will get mine to go next time. Is this type of dree required for this chain of restaurants?
