hey there! i came into the Kenwood location today and the woman who took care of me was beyond phenomenal!!! her name was kandi and besides her being an amazing bartender she went above and beyond for my allergic needs. she was patient and kind and took her time so I didn't end up in the hospital, super talkative and fun! i ended up getting the powerplant minus a few items and the veggie chorizo was delicious. we will definetly be back with friends and family hopefully during kandis shift. thank you for having us.

My server candy was excellent very nice

Heard great things about the place but was left upset and confused. Came in about 930pm and ordered 4 tacos (all different) Togo. Great environment and bar was popping. Took about 15 minutes for my order which was great timing. I was staying next door so I walked back to my room and opened up my first taco and took a bite, COLD. I'm not talking about the toppings being cold, the meat was cold. Opened the second taco...COLD! So I warmed up those 2 in the microwave and checked the other two tacos.... those were cold also. How could the cook, look me in my eyes and hand me 4 cold tacos to take out of the store?!? Were they hoping I was going be driving far and by the time I ate them, they would already be cold?!? Flavor profiles were great but the crunch was now compromised because of me having to nuke food that should had been proper temp. And the shrimp taco I threw out as cold rice and shrimp is a no go and would not work if nuked.

Candi (bartender/server) Is absolutely fantastic. My daughter left one of her hair clips behind a few weeks ago, and when we went to eat last night, Candi Came over to our table and gave it to her. What a genuine act of kindness in this weary world. I hope someone in management takes note of this, because this is what you want all your employees to strive for. Hopefully she can get Some recognition for making a 9 year old little girl's night.

Food is amazing. Several vegan options. Had a great experience at the Kenwood location. Customer service was excellent. Ask for Candy she breaks down the whole menu for you. Thank you!!
