Condado Tacos Troy

Me and my Sister Circle came to Condados in Troy last weekend (19July25) Kaitlyn gave us Wonderful Service, in a Packed Place. Enjoyed the food, dragon fruit drink and the ability to get to know my Sisters on another level. We are frequently in your restaurant and are quite often very very pleased with not only the food but the service. Our visit yesterday was quite the opposite of this unfortunately. We had an incredibly rude and obnoxious waitress who made it her top priority to not give us our drinks and to be rude to the point where we had to stand up and leave the restaurant. Didn't bother to ask what was going on she didn't care one way or another she was just rude. The woman should be fired, if this is how you want to treat your guests, forget it. We waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes for drinks after we wiped out our chips and salsa with our miles on fire if you will, we still waiting and waited while she refilled everyone else's stuff and for whatever reason didn't want to deal with us. We certainly didn't do anything and we were a regular so we were able to order very quickly and move forward without any issue. Unbelievable! Even spoke with the manager afterwards and he just talked about what a chill place it was and that's not the norm and blah blah blah didn't really offer any way to rectify the situation just talked about how great the place was and so on and so on. You're lucky you got two stars. You're also lucky I don't spread the word because we know plenty of people who go there.

FOOD ALLERGY COMMUNITY - THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I have a life-threatening milk allergy. Because cross-contact of dairy would be fatal, I can only eat at 3 to 4 safe restaurants. The staff was so knowledgeable and had an established food allergy protocol. They were so kind, patient, and attentive to my allergy. My "nachos" (without dairy:) were out of this world! It's a blessing beyond words that Condado provided a safe restaurant for me to eat at! Thank you all!

The food was good! The "to go" margaritas awesome. Great service, clean, the staff was wonderful knowledgeable and had no issue correcting my order. Nothing but good things
