Condado Tacos Polaris

I know you don't know me, but I would never lie about the delicious food that comes from Condado’s in Polaris. When I say FIRE!!!, I mean call the CFD because it's just that amazing. 🔥🔥 The Polaris location is where the gold is. Every visit feels like coming home, with Ash working the grill to perfection, Steph crafting the best drinks at the bar, and Mindy keeping everything running smoothly. It’s top-tier service with unbeatable flavors! I usually go for the "Build-Your-Own", and my go-to is a rice and bean bowl stacked with roasted chicken, fajita peppers & onions, lettuce, all the cheese in the world, and don’t forget the bacon. 😋 My tastebuds are dancing, and I can already taste it just thinking about it. If you love a Cheers-style spot (where everybody knows your name), this is the place to be. Stop by, and if I see you, I’ll wave and introduce myself! 👋💯

I have been to Condado's a couple of times and the food and service is always great. Today was a little different...the food was breathtaking and the service was phenomenal. The server's name was Shane aka Buckets due to his hat. Shane immediately impressed me by greeting as I sat down. For those who love amazing voices Shane has one 😊. He was eagerly waiting to offer suggestions if needed. I ordered a chicken taco (Ash style) 🥰🥰 my tastebuds were in heaven.😋😋😝 eating good 👍🏾. If you are ever in Polaris and wants to treat yourself to a out of this world experience...Condados is screaming your name. Hopefully Shane and Ash will be there.
